The difference in loan types can be confusing but knowing why hard money loans are better can ease the anxiety of purchasing a new home.
-- Benefits
A hard money loan from JW Capital could make sense when:
-The Borrower Has a Unique Opportunity
-The Subject Property is Not Currently Listed (Such as a Short Sale, Foreclosure, etc)
-The Borrower Needs to Close Quickly
-The Borrower Doesn’t Qualify for a Traditional Bank Loan
-The Subject Property is Vacant, or
-The Subject Property Needs Rehab.
--Hard Money Loans vs Conventional Loans
At JW Capital we want to put you at ease and get you into your new home as quickly and painlessly as possible. JW Capital benefits:
-Easier Application Process
-Asset-Based with More Collateral Options
-Fewer Borrower Qualifications
-Faster Approval Process and Closing
-Fewer Hoops to Jump Through
-Amounts Based Upon the Borrower and Subject Property Needs

Higher Heights Deliverance Ministry
Since its humble beginnings the Higher Heights Deliverance Ministry has focused on bringing the connection with YOU to God to ensure success for YOUR life. Our Apostolic Faith leadership in the community of Sanford, Florida have looked to the doctrines outlined in Seymour's editions of the Apostolic Faith papers printed in 1906 through 1908.
As Trinitarians, their doctrinal position centered on a born-again experience, supports the Wesleyan teaching of holiness (Christian perfection), and stresses the need of sanctified believers to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome AT New Hope UCC in DeLand!
Thought for the day: What you focus on the most, expands. We are created beings made in the image of a creative God. What this means is that we all have the power to influence-whether positively or negatively-our circumstances. If you want a dynamic ministry program, you can create it. If you want a vibrant faith community, you can create it. Energy flows where attention goes and if something is dead, dying, or no longer working it's time to assess the amount of time, energy, and resources being given to those areas. If all the money is spent on building maintenance, it is no wonder that the youth program is dying. If all the time is spent at council meetings, it's no wonder that the areas of outreach and evangelism are lacking. We all have the same creative power to ultimately design, and therefore enhance, our lives and our ministries. Sometimes things do require more energy, time, and resources than others...but it requires balance. You can learn a lot about a church's priorities by looking at what they give the most to. Everything requires an investment; if you want more, give more. Hope is not something that just happens unless you create an atmosphere of giving to and investing in the people, things, and programs that inspire hope in your community. What do you hope for, and what are you doing about it? #progressRenew

Great First Person Representation of George and Martha Washington!
Post:
"You might, and I suppose did perceive, from the Tenor of my letters, that I was apprehensive I could not avoid this appointment, as I did not even pretend [t]o intimate when I should return - that was the case - it was utterly out of my power to refuse this appointment without exposing my Character to such censures as would have reflected dishonor upon myself, and given pain to my friends - this, I am sure could not, and ought not be pleasing to you, & must have lessened me considerably in my own esteem. I shall rely therefore, confidently, on that Providence which has heretofore preserved, & been bountiful to me, not doubting but that I shall return safe to you in the fall - I shall feel no pain from the Toil, or the danger of the Campaign - My unhappiness will flow, from the uneasiness I know you will feel at being left alone - I beg of you to summon your whole fortitude Resolution, and pass your time as agreeably as possible - nothing will give me so much sincere satisfaction as to hear this, and to hear it from your own pen."
Letter, George Washington to Martha Washington, June 18, 1775

Bill and Cara Elder retired from teaching in Pennsylvania public schools in 1999, and then after 10 years, retired from Florida public schools on June 9, 2009. They are historic interpreters and 18th Century reenactors who enjoy depicting life in the colonial times.

As members of the 2nd PA Regiment of the Continental Line and 43rd Regiment of Foot in His Majesty's Army they have participated in major battle reenactments, such as Battleroad 2000 in Lexington and Concord (MA) to commemorate and celebrate the 225th anniversary of the American Revolution, Battle of Charleston (SC), Bordentown (New Jersey), Battle of the Hook (Gloucester, VA), Battle of Monmouth (New Jersey), Battle at Brandywine (PA), and many others which has added to their background knowledge of the Revolutionary War and Colonial Living.

Knowledge, Experience, Leadership, and Inspiration
Why consider learning from George and Martha Washington?
Here are 8 great topics they will be speaking about!
Learn about them at: http://www.georgeandmarthawashington.com/
Youth and Childhoods—1731-1752
Topic includes “our childhoods”, George’s surveying, and our relationships with the Fairfaxes, We also talk about Martha’s marriage to Daniel Custis, and George’s inheritance.
French and Indian War Years—1752-1759
This topic includes George's pre-Revolution military career, how we met and courted. We talk about Martha's children and the events around the F & I War.
Family Life at Mt. Vernon Between The Wars—1758-1775
In this topic, we discuss early years on the plantation, crops and slavery issues, our lives at White House Plantation and Mt. Vernon Plantation, the education of Jacky and Patsy, and Jacky's married life/family.
The Revolutionary War, Part 1: The General and Mrs. Washington—1775-1778
We present the events leading to The Declaration of Independence, our roles early in the American Revolution. We talk about Martha attending winter encampments, the strife at Valley Forge, the Victories and Defeats, and selected battles: Lexington and Concord to Monmouth.
The Revolutionary War, Part 2: The General and Mrs. Washington—1779-1783
George and Martha discuss life from battles in the Southern Campaign, the mutinies, the battle and surrender at Yorktown, the Newburgh Conspiracy, George’s Resignation as Commander-in-Chief, to the Treaty of Paris, 1783.
The President and "Lady" Washington—1783-1797
We share our contributions during the Birth of Our Nation, and we explain the events surrounding the Constitutional Convention, the 8 years serving as the Chief Executive and "Lady" Washington, the leaders we worked with, as well as, the Whiskey Rebellion, Jay's Treaty, National Bank, future capital city/D.C. , and Farewell Address.
Our "Vine and Fig" Years at Mt. Vernon /Retirement—1797-1802
As we retired to Mt. Vernon after the call of duty as Commander-in-chief, we address restoring Mt. Vernon, Plantation Economics (tobacco, fishing, whiskey distillery, mules) , entertaining endless guests, dealing with the slavery issue, and being called back into service by President Adams—George’s Will, and their other "children"—grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Colonial Life—Military *--1770’s
Our presentation is interactive as we talk about the experiences of the Continental Army and contrast that with the experiences of the British Army. We further explain about encampments and the life of a camp follower and families of soldiers and compare that with the daily life in the colonies.

Our presentation is interactive as we talk about the experiences of the Continental Army and contrast that with the experiences of the British Army. We further explain about encampments and the life of a camp follower and families of soldiers and compare that with the daily life in the colonies.

Thought for the day: What you focus on the most, expands. We
are created beings made in the image of a creative God. What this means is that
we all have the power to influence-whether positively or negatively-our
circumstances. If you want a dynamic ministry program, you can create it. If
you want a vibrant faith community, you can create it. Energy flows where
attention goes and if something is dead, dying, or no longer working it's time
to assess the amount of time, energy, and resources being given to those areas.
If all the money is spent on building maintenance, it is no wonder that the
youth program is dying. If all the time is spent at council meetings, it's no
wonder that the areas of outreach and evangelism are lacking. We all have the
same creative power to ultimately design, and therefore enhance, our lives and
our ministries. Sometimes things do require more energy, time, and resources
than others...but it requires balance. You can learn a lot about a church's
priorities by looking at what they give the most to. Everything requires an
investment; if you want more, give more. Hope is not something that just
happens unless you create an atmosphere of giving to and investing in the
people, things, and programs that inspire hope in your community. What do you
hope for, and what are you doing about it?

The Scottish Rite is one of the two branches of Freemasonry in which a Master Mason may proceed after he has completed the three degrees of Symbolic or Blue Lodge Masonry. The other branch is known as the York Rite, consisting of Royal Arch Masons, Royal and Select Masters, and Knights Templar. The Scottish Rite includes the degrees from the 4° to the 32°.
The double-headed eagle was probably first accepted as a symbol of Freemasonry in 1758. In that year the body calling itself the Council of Emperors of the East and West, was established in Paris. The double-headed eagle was in all probability adopted by this body, which claimed a double jurisdiction. The eagle, one head inclined to the East and the other to the West, to guard any and all who might approach from either direction.
The accepted symbol of our Rite is the Double-Headed Eagle of Lagash. It is the oldest crest in the world, according to fraternal scholars and was a symbol of power more than two thousand years before the building of King Solomon's Temple.

Learning from George and Martha Washington
Why consider learning from George and Martha Washington?
Bill and Cara Elder are retired educators who taught in both Pennsylvania and Florida (Bill taught High School History and Exceptional Student Education; Cara taught Computer Applications and elementary).
They have been reenacting the Revolutionary War for 15 years and belong to the 2nd Pennsylvania Regiment of the Continental Line and His Majesty's 43rd Regiment of Foot. They explain and demonstrate colonial life, military life (American and British), and portray George and Martha Washington
Here are 10 great reasons to have them speak!
1 - They look like the Washingtons
2 - They have been reenacting the Revolutionary War for over 15 years
3 - They dress like the Washingtons
4 - They are affiliated with the Daughters of The American Revolution
5 - They are former educators that know their stuff
6 - They are affiliated with the Sons of The American Revolution
7 - They are able to effective role play as the Washingtons in First Person
8 - They are active in the living history community
9 - They have presentations and are willing to travel
10 - They really love doing this

Great First Person Representation of George and Martha Washington!

Saganaki
It's hard not to think of Greek food without thinking of Saganaki, our flaming kefalograviera cheese. This fresh cheese has a light salty flavor with a rich aroma. You won't be able to just have one bite. Pair it with one our made-to-order spreads like Hummus or Skordalia.
We're now open in downtown, historic Sanford! We can't wait to see our new friends in Seminole County and all of our old friends from Volusia.

You Are Welcomed at New Hope UCC in DeLand!
