The difference in loan types can be confusing!

The difference in loan types can be confusing but knowing why hard money loans are better can ease the anxiety of purchasing a new home.

-The Subject Property is Vacant, or
-The Subject Property Needs Rehab.

--Hard Money Loans vs Conventional Loans
At JW Capital we want to put you at ease and get you into your new home as quickly and painlessly as possible. JW Capital benefits:

-Easier Application Process
-Asset-Based with More Collateral Options
-Fewer Borrower Qualifications
-Faster Approval Process and Closing

Higher Heights Deliverance Ministry

Since its humble beginnings the Higher Heights Deliverance Ministry has focused on bringing the connection with YOU to God to ensure success for YOUR life.  Our Apostolic Faith leadership in the community of Sanford, Florida have looked to the doctrines outlined in Seymour's editions of the Apostolic Faith papers printed in 1906 through 1908.

As Trinitarians, their doctrinal position centered on a born-again experience, supports the Wesleyan teaching of holiness (Christian perfection), and stresses the need of sanctified believers to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome AT New Hope UCC in DeLand!

Thought for the day: What you focus on the most, expands. We are created beings made in the image of a creative God. What this means is that we all have the power to influence-whether positively or negatively-our circumstances. If you want a dynamic ministry program, you can create it. If you want a vibrant faith community, you can create it. Energy flows where attention goes and if something is dead, dying, or no longer working it's time to assess the amount of time, energy, and resources being given to those areas. If all the money is spent on building maintenance, it is no wonder that the youth program is dying. If all the time is spent at council meetings, it's no wonder that the areas of outreach and evangelism are lacking. We all have the same creative power to ultimately design, and therefore enhance, our lives and our ministries. Sometimes things do require more energy, time, and resources than others...but it requires balance. You can learn a lot about a church's priorities by looking at what they give the most to. Everything requires an investment; if you want more, give more. Hope is not something that just happens unless you create an atmosphere of giving to and investing in the people, things, and programs that inspire hope in your community. What do you hope for, and what are you doing about it? #progressRenew

Supports those who speak out against oppression of any kind!

"God is still Speaking..."
A campaign by the United Church of Christ to remind us that God still has a lot more to say...

Since New Hope United Church of Christ opened its doors, this quote has been a burning vision of New Hope to make religion relevant again and to extend an extravagant welcome to all—because no matter who you are, or where you are on life's journey, you're welcome here. Here at the New Hope United Church of Christ.

Great First Person Representation of George and Martha Washington!

Post:

"You might, and I suppose did perceive, from the Tenor of my letters, that I was apprehensive I could not avoid this appointment, as I did not even pretend [t]o intimate when I should return - that was the case - it was utterly out of my power to refuse this appointment without exposing my Character to such censures as would have reflected dishonor upon myself, and given pain to my friends - this, I am sure could not, and ought not be pleasing to you, & must have lessened me considerably in my own esteem. I shall rely therefore, confidently, on that Providence which has heretofore preserved, & been bountiful to me, not doubting but that I shall return safe to you in the fall - I shall feel no pain from the Toil, or the danger of the Campaign - My unhappiness will flow, from the uneasiness I know you will feel at being left alone - I beg of you to summon your whole fortitude Resolution, and pass your time as agreeably as possible - nothing will give me so much sincere satisfaction as to hear this, and to hear it from your own pen."

Letter, George Washington to Martha Washington, June 18, 1775

Stump Grinding Knowledge You Should Know!!!

Comly's Stump Grinding, LLC is a complete stump grinding service that services all of Central Florida.

***Stump Grinding Knowledge You Should Know!!!

The most important detail when considering removing a tree stump is the accessibility. If a tree stump is on a hill, it might not be accessible for a stump machine to grind it out. There are many scenarios that can alter stump grinding. Fences, landscape, patios, stairs, structures, and slopes all need to be considered for the stump machine accessibility.***

We are fully equipped with a collection of equipment to serve all your needs from the smallest to largest stumps. We even provide stump removal service inside pool deck planters.

Knowledge, Experience, Leadership, and Inspiration

"I made the first Presidential Proclamation on October 3, 1789 as both houses of Congress requested that I recommend a day of public THANKSGIVING and prayer to be observed in honor of our newly ratified Constitution. It was to be on Thursday, November 26, 1789." - GEORGE WASHINGTON

George and Martha Washington depicted by Bill and Cara Elder are Historians and 1st person interpreters. We enjoy providing a lesson in living history and would love to be a part of your event or make a presentation to your group or school!
