8 Ways to create value with your clients



Marketing and sales all come down to new business or new donors or retaining existing clients. Did you know there is a logical way to create value with your clients. Here is how to do it....

1 - Collect relevant information about your client's wants or needs. Learn about who they are, what they do, what they don't, and all useful information about their company or organization.

2 - Normalize your service or product in your client's mind.  Creating a brand identity or a simple to understand message is critical.  Don't confuse your clients - tell stories which relate to mission and vision.  How did

3 - Refine or customize your service or product to fit your client's desires

4 - Organize the necessary information and/or details to ensure you can over-deliver yet under-promise.





5 - Report or update regularly to your clients on progress that has been made.

6 - Deliver! Deliver! Deliver!

7 - Follow up and have an open conversation about the service or product.
